Is there a certain time day/time that the free class is offered?

You may attend any class that works with your schedule for your complimentary introductory class. Classes are offered 7 days a week.

What is "Peach Pump?"

Peach Pump is a 60-minute booty-focused class designed to lift, tone, and strengthen your glutes while giving you a full lower-body burn. This class combines targeted resistance training, functional movements, and high-intensity intervals to help sculpt your legs and build serious strength where it counts.

 

Expect a mix of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises that challenge all three glute muscles for maximum activation and results. Every session is upbeat, motivating, and powered by great music to keep you moving and smiling through the burn.

 

Perfect for all fitness levels — whether your goal is to build curves, improve athletic performance, or just feel stronger and more confident, Peach Pump will have you leaving class feeling accomplished and unstoppable.
